5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Arrival

6:30 pm Introduction round

7:00 PM Dinner in the restaurant

 

Day 2:

8:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m.: Morning meditation

9:00 -10:00 a.m.: Breakfast

10:30-11:00 a.m.: Meditation/breathing techniques

12:00: Englishberg hike with picnic

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Relaxation exercises

6:30 p.m.: Sharing Circle

7:00 PM: Dinner together

 

Day 3:

8:00 - 8:30 a.m.: Morning meditation

9:00 -10:00 a.m.: Breakfast

10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: Closing Ceremony

11:00 a.m.: Departure
