To make your stay as pleasant as possible, here is an overview of the most important information:

Breakfast
Freshly prepared for you every day
Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
From 10:00 am onwards the room will be cleared away so that I can prepare the rooms

 

Accessibility during your stay
I am here for you:
• 8:00–10:00 a.m. (breakfast time)
• 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
And if you need to, if you want to use drinks from my fridge.

 

Fees & Service
For other requests outside of these hours or requiring special effort, I charge a service fee of €10.
The provision of dishes will be charged at €10.

 

Pets
Not allowed, also out of consideration for allergy sufferers.

 

Rest periods
Quiet time from 10 p.m. so everyone can sleep well.

 

Non-smoking house
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but there is an option outside.

 

Drinks & Fridge
There is a fridge with drinks at fair prices that you are welcome to use.
Bringing your own drinks is not permitted.
Using my refrigerator costs €10 per day, as I offer this service and am not an Airbnb.

 

Place of rest
My guesthouse is a retreat for adults, not suitable for group tours or parties.

 

Arrival
A car is recommended as Sparsbach is quiet and somewhat remote.

 

Payment & Cancellation
Advance payment is required.
There are no refunds for cancellations – please only book if you are sure!
